Alyssa- Maternity Session by the Water

I had the absolute honor of photographing my sweet friend Alyssa's maternity session on the beach last week. The reality behind this shoot was that it was terrible weather all week leading up to our shoot. We canceled our shoot the original day we were suppose to shoot because it got rained out. But waiting a few days ended up being the best thing ever because we got a moody backdrop of rain clouds in the background and the lighting ended up being pure magic. The water was actually really warm and comfortable, and the sun peaked out a few times giving us a little bit of blue skies every once in a while. We just had a blast shooting in this beautiful hour Ocean City gave us. I can't wait to see Alyssa become a mother, there's no doubt she's going to be the best at raising her sweet baby girl. I also can't wait to see how beautiful she will be when she gets here- her mother's beauty is just too much to handle! LOOK AT HER. I can only hope and pray I look as good as Alyssa when I'm pregnant one day.
