Elopement in a Castle- Alyssa & Kurtis
Kurtis & Alyssa's wedding day was one of my favorite photography jobs. Weddings are always a blast and such an honor for me to be apart of, but this day was a little different. With Kurtis being in the air force and possibly getting deployed early this year, they figured the best option for them to get married looked more untraditional- and every moment of it was perfect. We met at Glencairn Museum, PA to photograph their first look and take bridals. It was SO nice (I can't emphasis enough) just having so much time to get plenty of photographs of JUST the bride and groom. We never felt rushed or pressured. It was such an easy going day and beautiful time photographing together. I often times wish I had more time in a wedding day to just get alone with the bride and groom and take the pictures we want to take so that they ultimately have more portraits in their wedding gallery- and I think that's why this wedding was so special to me! It was intimate and we had the space we needed to take what we needed and wanted. These two were amazing to work with and so relaxed and down for anything. After our time there, we finished the day at Calvary Chapel Philadelphia for a small ceremony with only the couples' closest family and friends. This small, intimate, minimal day was what made this wedding so special. I was truly so happy that Alyssa and Kurtis trusted me to take their wedding pictures!
Alyssa- you were the sweetest to work with and so breathtakingly gorgeous of a bride!
Kurtis- thank you VERY much for your honorable service to our country.
Congratulations to you both!
